Terms Of Service

1. General.By submitting link exchange or advertising for inclusion on Link2myurl.net, advertiser/agency agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on Link2myurl.net. This contract supersedes any previous agreements between Link2myurl.net and advertiser/agency relating to the subject matter set forth herein. Link2myurl.net's only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder shall be to serve advertisements of the advertiser described herein, and in no event shall Link2myurl.net be obligated to serve advertisements for any other advertiser.
Link2myurl.net is a division of Ads 2 Shop Buy Services, All Financial agreements are honored by ads2shopbuy systems and all terms are same in compliance.

2. Paid Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via Go to paypal or Email us and cancel or we will not stop. Link2myurl.net reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time.

4. Delivery, Frequency and Make good. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by Link2myurl.net shall govern, regardless of whether advertiser/agency is using the services of a third party ad server. If Link2myurl.net fails to provide the guaranteed featured link impression, Sponsored, or partnered, Link2myurl.net will make good on this contract. ( PAID SERVICES ONLY)

6. Key Words and Phrases. Link2myurl.net offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases. used in the free listings
Keywords are based on site link, description and phrases
Featured, Sponsored or Partner, keywords are same as free except one difference, you get first listing on keywords or phrases.
Your link will only be seen on a keyword or phrase used. BE SURE TO GET THE RIGHT KEYWORDS! Errors will have to be fixed by the webmaster. We will charge a fee of $2.00 per link to correct

7. Fees. Featured, Sponsored or Partner linking is a monthly fee.
You must maintain a valid link with Link2myurl.net.

Link2myurl.net reserves the right to change fees for listings or links, without liability.

8. Rejections. Link2myurl.net reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

9. Licenses and Indemnification.
Advertiser/agency/Webmaster grants Link2myurl.net the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisements, Links and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency/Webmaster has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency/webmaster represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation,
(a) the names and/or pictures of persons;
(b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and
(c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to Link2myurl.net . In addition, advertiser/agency/webmaster represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of Link2myurl.net's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless Link2myurl.net and Parent site Ads 2 Shop Buy Services And its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to:
(i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein,
(ii) Link2myurl.net's performance under this contract, and
(iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by Link2myurl.net.
We agree that NO changes or modifications are to be made to said descriptions unless it violates the terms of this agreement.

10.Emails. As a member you will agree to third party advertisements from Link2myurl.net only.
To keep from receiving emailing's you will have to cancel your account.
Link2myurl.net will only send emails with ads twice a month.
Any other emailing's from Show My URL will be notifications of upgrades and repairs.
Link2myurl.net Does not sell, Rent Or give out any information to any third party's, members, affiliates, or anyone NOT associated with Link2myurl.net.

11.Content. As a member you will agree Not to place DESCRIPTIVE PORN, HATE, Illegal or Violent content on this services.
Link2myurl.net will report unlawful activity and user info IP to authorities with out notice or questions.

12. Comments on Listings
. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LINKING OR LINKS WILL BE PLACED ON THE COMMENTS OF SAID LINKS.
MAIN CATAGORYS ARE FOR THIS PURPOSE, LINK 2 MY URL WILL NOT APPROVE ANY COMMENTS THAT HAVE LINKS PLACED IN THE COMMENTS.
THIS GOES THE SAME FOR ANY VIOLATIONS TO THESE TERMS.

13. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LINK 2 MY URL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST LINKS OR FEE'S, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF LINK@MYURL.NET HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to change or modify this agreement without notice
